Snipz provides an online booking platform connecting customers with hair salons in Switzerland.

3. Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.

4. Bookings

When you make a booking through Snipz:

• Bookings are binding once confirmed by the salon
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• No-shows may result in fees determined by the salon

5. Payments

Payment is made directly to the salon. Snipz does not process payments on behalf of salons.

6. Liability

Snipz acts as an intermediary and is not liable for services provided by salons. Any disputes should be resolved directly with the salon.

7. User Obligations

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Use the platform lawfully

8. Terms for Salons

Salon owners are subject to additional terms regarding service quality, availability accuracy, and customer treatment.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Zürich have exclusive jurisdiction.
